Pricing Policy
Transparent pricing for premium limousine services
Trip Categories
Point-to-point trips are calculated based on mileage from your pickup location to your destination. The fare is determined by multiplying the trip distance by the per-mile rate for your selected vehicle type.
Pickup Distance: For pickups more than 49 miles from our service area, additional deadhead charges may apply depending on your trip direction and destination.
Hourly service has a minimum booking of 2 hours. Partial hours are rounded up to the next full hour at the time of booking.
Garage-to-Garage Billing: For pickups more than 30 miles from our headquarters, the trip time includes travel from and to our garage, ensuring complete service coverage.
Long distance trips within Florida use zone-based fixed pricing for predictable costs. Our service zones include:
- Zone 1: Jacksonville Area (Jacksonville, St. Augustine)
- Zone 2: Tampa Bay & Central Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Lakeland)
- Zone 3: South Florida (Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Miami)
Trips outside Florida require a custom quote. Please submit your booking request and our team will provide a personalized quote within 24 hours.
Round Trip Pricing
Round trips are available for Point-to-Point and Long Distance services. To qualify for round trip pricing, your final drop-off must be within 5 miles of your original pickup location.
- Point-to-Point: One-way fare × 2
- Long Distance: One-way zone price × 1.8
Note: Hourly trips are already priced as garage-to-garage service and do not have a separate round trip option.
Additional Services & Fees
Per seat, per trip. We provide safe, properly installed child seats.
Applied for airport pickups and drop-offs.
One stop included in base fare. Additional stops charged at $20 each.
For pickups between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Wait Time Policy
Wait time charges apply when the vehicle is waiting at your location beyond the complimentary period.

This policy applies to both regular stops and airport pickups.
Gratuity
A standard 20% gratuity is automatically included in your booking to recognize our professional chauffeurs. You may adjust or remove this gratuity during the booking process based on your preference.
Holiday & Special Event Pricing
During holidays, special events, and peak periods, additional surcharges may apply. These include but are not limited to:
- New Year's Eve
- Valentine's Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- Major sporting events
- Weekend premium periods
Applicable surcharges will be clearly displayed during your booking before confirmation.
Payment Information
Booking Process: Submit your booking request without payment. Once approved by our team, you'll receive a secure payment link to complete your reservation.
Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Post-Trip Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your trip (wait time, cleaning fees, etc.) will be billed separately and must be paid before your next booking.
