Understanding our refund and cancellation terms

All cancellation requests are subject to review by our team. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Administrative Fee

15% Administrative Fee

All eligible refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. This fee covers:

  • Staff time for processing the cancellation
  • Payment processing fees (non-recoverable)
  • Administrative costs for schedule adjustments

Example Calculation:

  • Original booking: $200
  • Administrative fee (15%): $30
  • Refund amount: $170

How to Request a Cancellation

Log into your account

Access your booking history through your customer dashboard.

Select the booking

Find the booking you wish to cancel from your upcoming trips.

Submit cancellation request

Click the cancellation button and confirm your request.

Await confirmation

Our team will review your request and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe, we may cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Service-Side Cancellations

If Skies Limo cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, emergencies, etc.), you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee deducted.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for your scheduled pickup and do not contact us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be provided. We will attempt to contact you at your registered phone number before marking the booking as a no-show.
