These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our booking platform and transportation services.

Skies Limo provides premium limousine and luxury vehicle transportation services in Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Point-to-point transportation
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Long-distance travel within Florida
• Airport transfers
• Corporate and event transportation

All bookings are subject to availability and approval by our team. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation of service.

Booking Process: All booking requests are submitted through our online platform and require review and approval by our administrative team before confirmation.

Payment: Upon approval of your booking request, you will receive a payment link. Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment processing.

Advance Booking: Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance. We recommend booking early for holidays and special events.

Booking Modifications: Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested through our contact channels and are subject to availability and potential price adjustments.

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies based on how far in advance the booking was made and when the cancellation is requested.

All eligible refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details on refund schedules.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws during transportation
• Not smoke in the vehicle
• Not consume alcohol in the vehicle unless specifically arranged
• Not transport illegal substances or items
• Report any vehicle damage immediately

You may be responsible for additional charges incurred during or after your trip, including:

• Wait Time: Charges apply after the complimentary waiting period (30 minutes)
• Cleaning Fees: Applied for spills, stains, or excessive mess
• Damage Fees: Applied for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior
• Lost Items: Fees may apply for returning lost items

Post-trip charges must be paid before booking additional services with Skies Limo.

Skies Limo maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers during transportation. However, we are not liable for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from service delays
• Injuries resulting from passenger misconduct

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

To use our booking services, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

Important: Your phone number cannot be changed after registration. Please ensure you register with a phone number you will maintain access to.

The Skies Limo name, logo, website content, and all related materials are the property of Skies Limo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
